Trial Policy
Payment must be made before your order is shipped. Returned merchandise will only be accepted if postmarked within 21 days of the invoice date. Please make sure not to scratch mouthpieces with ligatures or teeth. Protect mouthpieces during your trial period by using protective tape (masking tape) or mouthpiece patches over the places where scratches are most likely to appear (over the mouthpiece beak and where the ligature may scratch the mouthpiece).
If no purchase is made, returned merchandise is subject to a 5% handling/restocking fee. |

Overture by Behn series of mouthpieces are shipped USPS Priority Mail for $6.00
All other mouthpieces are shipped and insured via UPS ground for $12.00. Large orders may incur a small fee for additional insurance.
International orders are handled case-by-case. Generally we ship UPS or USPS to most international locations.
Returns and Refunds
Returned merchandise will be accepted if postmarked within 21 days of the invoice date.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition: no scratches, no ligature marks and no teeth marks. Upon completion of inspection, your refund will be processed immediately. If no purchase is made, returned merchandise is subject to a 5% handling fee.

Any merchandise returned late or damaged can be considered sold and may be sent back to you at your expense.
